Yes it does have 13 strips and 50 stars.

Q: Is the hat manufactured in USA

Sorry but no. I have looked many places for one made in USA and not found one yet. Hopefully we’ll both find one.

Q: Does it have support in front?

there is an oversewn overlap layer of support. it's very comfortable. as for any extra "support" - no. however, what's there seems fine to me. the hat is very comfortable and isn't losing it's shape.

Q: Why the difference in prices????

i'm not sure, either. when i bought mine last year it was the same way. LOL i bought 2 black and 1 grey- not because of price but because i didn't want the blue. i will say they are very nice hats. the material feels like quality (to me) - it isn't "thin and cheap".
