I had owned one of these pans for four years, and was happy to get a second one. I use them mostly for cooking eggs or grilling bagels, so they get pretty regular use at my house. I find that I need to use a lower heat setting than with a stainless steel pan. It is extremely non-stick, without any of the environmental hazards of teflon! If I didn't love butter so much, I believe I could cook my eggs without any butter at all. My older Mopita pan shows no signs of deterioration after four years. I highly recommend this brand, and plan to get another in a larger size.

Definitely non-stick but seems to take forever to heat up. I still like it.

I so far really like this skillet, was looking for a 10" but this was the only sz available, if they have it in a 10, I will order it as well.

Used it the first time so this review may not be as accurate. Very easy cleaning after frying and stir-frying food, fish, eggs, steaks, vegies, noodles, ... . Seems to be strong and sturdy. I think the more accurate review s/b after 4-6 mos of use.

This is truly a non-stick wonder! I now have three sizes and couldn't be more pleased but I wonder whether it can be used in the oven as the handles appear to be plastic????

Finally a nice heavy skillet that is non-stick! The coating on it is heavy enough that it seems to be very resistant to scratching when stacking other pans inside it. I love cooking eggs in it!

My kids and I love cooking with this pan! IT DISTRIBUTES the heat well, cooks evenly, nothing sticks, cleans up easily! Great quality! Wish it came with a lid, or had a lid to purchase with it. But otherwise, a great cooking pan.
