I've tried many different piano curricula as a piano teacher, and these are by far the best for children, with an amazing step by step program that ensures that even children with musical background will be able to keep up. Great starter piano books for kids
My son recently started piano. His teacher recommended this set of books. It’s the ones she has been using for years. They are really great. I like that it’s not just the music, but also Theory where he learns about piano. The note set up for the keyboard was a great learning tool as well. I would highly recommend.

A gold standard for learning piano. I had a set as a child and the same books came for my daughter. It was amazing to hear my child play songs I played decades ago.

Excellent Beginner Books
This was bought for my 7 yr old granddaughter. It is an excellent beginner book with graphics. It looks to be an excellent introduction into music. Even though theory was my least favorite part of music as I learned, the THEORY BOOK makes it interesting with beginner explanations. I’m impressed with this combination of books. Beginning music songs are included in the other books. Also included are removable stickers with the letters for all the keys. Very happy with this purchase.

Great Beginner Piano Set with Clear Lessons !
The Bastien Piano Basics Primer Level Learning Set is excellent for beginners. The lessons are well structured, easy to follow, and help build a strong foundation step by step. The songs are simple and engaging, which keeps learning fun and motivating. I gave it four stars only because some pieces feel a bit repetitive, but overall it’s a solid and effective learning set for new piano students.

Fun songs! Used with piano instructor
Our daughter started piano lessons a few months ago and these were the books we needed to buy to accompany the lessons. She plays piano most days of the week and enjoys the songs in these books a lot. She said they’re fun songs!
