Great little travel set for a tea lover. I ordered one to keep at my mother-in-law's house, but it is so nice I want another one for myself for when I travel. I have a nice yixing pot at home, and have been traveling with it for some six years now, but as it ages and seasons it has become a bit too good to travel with. This set is compact, packs securely in its pouch, and makes a good cup of tea. The design is elegant and the matte finish is pleasant to touch. Came ready stringed for ease of pouring. My only complaint is that the pot is larger than the two cups combined, but I'm willing to get used to that.

Wow, this is like child size! The cups are mini. The pot is mini. I love it. One teapot holds 6 ounces of tea - strainer is built in. 6 ounces of brewed tea will fill a tiny cup 4 times. So yeah, small. The case it sturdy, the bamboo tray is adorable. I mean, there is such cuteness value here! The "tea towel" is junk, I threw it away. Microfiber. Ug. But everything else is really nice. I make sencha tea in this and enjoy every drop. Teapot spout does drip, so you need some kind of cloth to wrap the pot when you pour. And you have to hold the lid on with one finger, but it's easy. Love it. I bought the green and it is pale jade color, ceramic.

Soooo cute! Excellent set perfect for 1-2 people. Plus the carrying case is very convienient. I’ve seen people saying it’s very small but it’s actually a perfect size for gong fu style brewing. The handles on the sides are very easy to hold and pick it up with and keep the heat away from your fingers. The pot itself does get very hot but that’s what the handles are for!My only issue is it can be a bit difficult to get the leaves out after a session but not really too bad.

I knew that this set was going to be small, but I didn’t anticipate just how small. It’s a beautiful set and I do think it’s worth the money, I just wish they would’ve made at least the tea pot a little bigger. Don’t know how durable it is but i think it would make a great gift for a kid, especially if you want to get them away from drinking soda/sugary drinks. Teach them to make, and appreciate what they consume instead of just always chugging drinks full of sugar. UPDATE: I’ve finally used it a few times and it’s honestly pretty cool. I was slightly hesitant to actually use it because of how small it is but now that I have i love it. The only things I have to complain about is I do still wish it was just a little bigger also I love putting a bit of honey in my tea which makes stirring the honey into the test in this small pot somewhat difficult, and I don’t know if it’s just an error on my end but whenever I use this set I heat my water with one of those electric kettles and wait till it’s boiling but the tea pot itself appears to let heat disperse rather quickly

It's a cute little tea set. The reasons why I don't give it 5 stars is because it has some pros and cons to it. The cons are A: the two handles on each side of the teapot are a little awkward to hold "it's not a huge deal breaker". And B: the teapot and the tea cups are not very cool to the touch when there's hot tea in it, " again not a huge deal breaker" I just like my tea very hot I don't mean burning hot but just hot enough. Pros A: the case is very light weight with everything inside it that was included. B: It's great for traveling. C: There a string with two pretty beads attached to the handle and the cover of the teapot. Which I do love that small detail because it adds charm and its functionable you won't lose the cover. All in all not bad but I think I prefer my other tea set for drinking tea but I may use this next time when I travel just because it's so lightweight.

It was perfectly cute and ok (No damage when it's came and the package was so ok and perfectly care)...And that's why I'm giving All 5 start..(Totally highest score and will recommend) But the only problem we have..we didn't realize it will be so freaking cute " too small" for us to use in our Japanese Restaurant (So Sad) ... So we have to return it cuz we do not want it to get sitting here not using it...BUT I WILL SURELY 100% RECOMMEND IT

Bought this for my daughter who loves all things Japanese. She loves the fact that she can store it in the travel case, and that it is small and cute, yet usable.

Very nice looking and light for travelling but... way too fragile!!!! I broke one of the cup trying for the first time to get it out of the box! And I was pulling gently!Not worth it.
