Cheaper than a brita filter, no plastic waste and easy to refill the tub! Tastes good and lasts a while so I highly recommend.

I've used branded filters and generic filters but wanted something more environmentally friendly. This is by far the best one I've had, we have a strong chlorine smell from our tap water but since using this particular filter our water is clear, crisp and much nicer to drink. The filter itself is bought and is quick and easy to assemble. It fits my existing jug so no need to purchase a new one. There's an app to remind you to change your filter or purchase a refill too. The cost of refills is also significantly lower than your standard ones so win win.

Love these, work well, notice a difference in water quality. My pet rabbits wont drink tap water unless it's filtered through these (priviledged little tyrants). Easy to replace in the old filter container. A lot better for the environment too!

We've been using Phox refills for some time now. They're always fantastic and tend to stop being effective around the time they should (we can tell because the water doesn't taste as good towards the end). Tbh, I have seen certain complaints and have not had any of the issues people mention. It all just works as it should which is great for us as we live on the UK coast where the water quality is truly rubbish.

Really like these refills. Saves on plastic and money of buying replacement ones for the Brita filter.

Refill pack is cheaper than the equivalent for BRITA filters, and you can feel good about reducing plastic waste. The resulting filtered water tastes great (even starting with hard London water), and stops limescale building up so quickly in kettles and coffee machines.

So glad they finally started doing them in larger packs! Paid £45 on offer and so much better than the leading brand (can tell by the lawsuits). This uses coconut activated carbon and can easily read all the studies showing how much better activated carbon is at filtering. I live in a very hard water area and it you can taste the difference in water. Have been buying these for over a year now for drinking water and if nothing else, it definitely reduces some of the limescale

It's become hard to get the filter system so, I was pleased when I found it on Amazon. I could never drink room temperature tap water because it made me feel sick. I now have the jug sitting on my counter as I use the water for my pets, cooking and filling my countertop ice maker.

The only issue I had is that the postage cost a lot as they had to send it to Germany so it cost me €9 extra to get it so unless you live in the U.K. only order it if you are willing to pay extra or order more than one so it makes is worthwhile. The product itself I love
