what kind of gelatin used in this product.? and does this product contain any pork products.?

NOW company assured me in the past that the soy oil was GMO free otherwise I would not recommend it or take it myself. I have found them to be a fairly reliable company as well as Nature's Way. The two I used the most because of their standards and research I have done on them.

How big are the gels?

very small. If you have had a D vitamin gel, they are approx that size. So small you will have no problem swallowing.

I don't understand if this is the liquid or powder..? I prefer powder.

These are capsules/soft gels. I’ve never seen vitamin E in powder form. They’re small, though.

I NOW think that 400 IU is too much for me... pun intended.

I think Now is a good company. I often buy their products because the quality is good and their pricing is reasonable. All that applies to this product too, but I feel a rise in my metabolism, maybe blood pressure, when I take this which is not comfortable for me. I wanted to find out if taking E would lessen muscle cramps. I'm not sure it had any effect at all.
