RumfordBaking Powder 4 Oz (Pack of 6)

At last, I can use up a can before I have to throw out half of it.
I don't know about you, but I live alone, and I don't bake that often for myself. With the quarantine, it would be really easy for me to bake a lot, and get as big as the inside of my kitchen floor space. Or bigger. This is brilliant for me. I have thrown out more baking powder in my lifetime than I've used. I know it's not a big deal, but I hate to have to buy a new can every year, even if i've only used it once or twice.OTOH, I wonder if I could have been freezing it all along? I just found out this year that yeast lasts for years in the freezer.Oh, well. The cans are really cute. ;)

Simply the best
Simply the best baking powder I have found. Very clean/no taste and excellent rising power, producing fluffy and tender quickbreads with no metalic off flavors. I like these smaller containers so I use it up long before having to worry about loss of freshness.

Arrived 30 days prior to product expiration date.
Product delivered had a "Best Used Buy" date that was thirty days from the time the product was delivered. I ordered a six pack of this product thinking it would hold me for the next six months or so. With this expiration date the majority of this product will be well beyond this date before it will be used.Unless you are a commercial baker that will go through this product quickly, I would recommend you order elsewhere.
