GREAT with whiskey
I am a bourbon drinker and this "branch water" brings out flavors from the bourbon that you don't expect. I make ice cubes from it for my bourbon. My brother, on the other hand, drinks only Scotch and swears that 3 drops of this water opens the Scotch and improves the flavor. I also appreciate the bottle pourer that is provided by Old Limestone. Just snap it into the bottle and pour without spilling! A good added value.

Kentucky aquifer. Lundy, yer WRONG !
Most of ya'll get it.Limestone removes iron,adds calcium and magnesium.Store water is distilled, adding NOTHING. Even the least of spirits are improved by Kentucky branch water. It don't have to be Pappy Van Winkle,Weller or Woodford Reserve.Add this water to Beam, Evan Williams,Turkey,Four Roses ,hell you name it ,and it is GREATLY improved. Further more dare I say Ten High is actually palatable with this water. Mr. Lundy,you might be some kind of chemist/geologist, but you ain't no bourbon and branch man. My apologies suh. P.S. Mash made with iron water turns black,and that ain't right.

Great with bourbon
I like a splash of water with higher proof bourbons, and this beats the hell out of our hard, almost crunchy, water. I can tell a huge difference in taste, less so against distilled, but still better IMHO. And it adds an air of elegance when having a dram with friends.

Mixing water
Very good mixing water bottles nice enough to stay on my home bar without looking tacky. Definitely changes taste when mixed right. I will buy again when I use it up.
