My son needed swim shorts. He is just shy of 10. I bought the 11-12 as he's moving up the size in clothes size now. He has always worn average age size or smaller for his age. They fit great, as expected for age/ size, and will have plenty of wear use ahead in them. They are lightweight and should dry fast, and the colors look awesome, very vivid. He's very happy with them.

These swim shorts are ok. They fit nice and the material is good. But the design is blurry. They look great from far off but the closer you get the more blur you see in the graphic and i really hate poor quality galaxy graphics. Its hard to tell in the photo I posted but the graphic on the swim shorts is no where near as sharp as the product photo on amazon. I would expect this quality from a dollar store and not a nearly 20.00 pair of swim shorts off amazon. Also size is listed as an 8-10 but tag size says 8T.

Only reason they're a 4 and not a 5 star is that they definitely seem to run a bit large. Once my boy grows into it it'll be fine. He thinks they're the coolest thing he's ever seen.

My son Is a husky 11 year old, very athletic and on the go. This is a perfect fit for him (XL), so comfortable, he can jump, go diving, kayak, and ride the jet ski at the lake or the ocean! I love that he didn’t have any issues with his skin like some suits that pinch around the thighs. He loved that they were not to long and the string around the waist is a true way to tighten, not like other brands that just have the string for decoration. I bought a second pair for vacation!!

These are great as a bathing suit however after one use the grommets started to oxidize. The other issue I have is that what we received is not what was pictured. The image is much more pixelated than shown in the listing. These also run a tad bit too large but we were able to use the ties to keep them on.

This is a regular pair of swim shorts with an elastic band waist and pockets. My son is 9 yrs old, 4ft 8in, 89lbs and the 10T fit perfectly. However, our only reason for purchasing was because my son liked the print. There are other more known brands at the same price point, if not less that I would normally purchase because I know they will last at least through the summer. So it was disappointing to see that the print is very dull in person (even my photo is making it look more vibrant than it actually it is).

Decent bathing suit, and the kid likes them. Fits him well: 11 years old, slim build. They are probably a 3 1/2 star suit as the colors looked really good when arrived, but after about 4 or 5 uses and the laundry, colors faded. Still look good, but clearly have that washed out look to them. We have a pool and bathing suits get a lot of use. For the price, would buy again but just as backup bathing suits for at home.

So I probably would've kept them if they weren't so huge, but just for your awareness, if you get ones with a picture, don't expect the picture to line up along the seam. That said, I got a size 6 for my kid who has been wearing size 6 since last fall and fits everything I buy in a size 6, but these were gigantic, past the knees in length and falling off his waist. Size WAY down!
