When we opened the box all the hardware bags had holes and were scattered throughout. Luckily all the pieces remained in the box with the exception of two. Unfortunately, the two pieces that escaped the box were not pieces that can just be picked up in store or ordered online so we had to go through the manufacturer. The manufacturer had the pieces delivered within a week which was nice but not as fast as I had hoped for. There is also an issue with the schematics when assembling the bench piece for the wooden dowels so look ahead before applying glue and putting them all in the M and K boards, you only need the longest dowels for the middle board in the bench. Once we got it put together it was very underwhelming. It’s not as tall as I had imagined at all or as thick and wide. I don’t know what I was picturing when I measured the space but this piece is not what I had in mind. It is very short. It’s too much to take apart and repackage so I guess it’ll have to stay unless I can sell it and find something else. :-/ very disappointing. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Easy assembly *by C***I on Reviewed in the United States on May 29, 2019* Absolutely beautiful and functional! Easy assembly, I was able to put it together in under an hour mostly by myself with a little help from my son. I love the versatility of sit/stand! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Overall good construction and design but needs to provide stronger cam locks. *by M***9 on Reviewed in the United States on November 24, 2016* I purchased this for my basement entryway, the shipment speed was very fast, everything came within 1 box which you would need a handcart to move around if you are alone. The overall construction of the product was pretty strong, however, I would recommend them to make sure they label all their pcs properly. I ran into problem during assembling because someone had mislabeled the E and F pcs which required me to dissemble some parts which resulted in broken cam locks. I contacted their customer service department the rep was very nice over the phone and send over my requested replacement parts within 1 week.
