Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Muffin Mix, 16 Oz

This mix has more flavor than other vegan mixes that I’ve tried, and the muffins were delicious! Definitely recommend this product!

Bob's Red Mill muffin mix is my favorite on the market. It doesn't have that grainy taste and is just plain yummy! I add dried cranberries and orange zest and is my favorite combination of add ins. I am sure that whatever you add be it chocolate chips, blueberries, or bananas and nuts it will be a delightful treat! Enjoy!

I've tried these three times with blueberries, once with raspberries, and they were all delicious. A late blooming celiac diseased lady, I am rather new to this (5 months) but these taste YUMMY. Even my non-GF husband and visiting guests loved them. They're routine in my house now - easy to make, tasty!

Can't find this away where thank you I can get it here . I love this for quick and easy way or for the kids and you can add whatever fruit you like to it too or chac chips

The muffins were nice and fluffy.

My girlfriend is a celiac and misses desserts. I used this to make her a peach cobbler and she was ecstatic. I had to modify the muffin recipe slightly because I only needed half the package, but it turned out very well. Even the gluten eaters loved it!

This gluten free muffin mix is by far the best tasting I’ve ever tried! The muffins come out light and fluffy, not the usual thick and dense gluten free baked goods usually seem to have. Excellent product for the money!

I made these twice. Once with 2 eggs and once with 1 egg and 1 egg substitute (used "neat egg" because I didn't have a 2nd egg) .Cooked exactly as instructions said and they were delicious both times. Although I made 11 muffins instead of 12 muffins and added the extra to each to fill the cups higher to make them have higher tops. Cooked for 22 minutes and they were perfect and toasted brown.
