Found this item so useful on our beach holiday, it is a really decent size, big enough for the 4 of us to chill on and great that you can secure it in place with the hooks on the corners & pegs provided. I loved how it is resistant to the sand too, it was so easy to just use my hand to brush the sand away. It is so handy that it has a bag attached too so really easy to fold away & neatly pack into the bag (which also holds the pegs) and has a carabiner on the bag so could hang onto your rucksack maybe? I am very impressed with this item & would definitely recommend for anyone needing a beach mat/picnic blanket. It is quite thin but very durable and waterproof I would think? I will definitely be using on many occasions.

Only used once so far...I love that it comes with pegs and thebag is attached so you can't lose it.It's absolutely massive but it's very thin so is light and folds down tiny. We used it on damp grass and stayed very dry! It was easy to fold back up and get into the bag too.My only downsides are that because it needs to be pegged down, lots of pressure can get put on the corners when people are on it. My children leapt on and off it like gymnasts and I was slightly worried that it might tear at the seams where it was pegged. It stood up to their abuse of it but as I said, we've only used it once so I don't know how many picnics it will last!Also, the pegs that come with it have knobs on top that stick up above the ground. This isn't very safe if you're using it on grass as they're not easy to see but are very painful if stepped on!! We didn't have pegs with us but next time I'll use regular tent pegs with the rug.

Went to the beach with this and it did the job well. It was compact and light so carrying it was easy. The pegs were good and helped keep it in place but you just need to make sure to stretch the mat out. When it was time to leave the beach, it was easy to clear the sand due to the material and packing up was great as the bag is attached to the mat.The only negative is that with the sun beaming down the mat it does warm it up a bit but not to uncomfortable levels where you cant use it or think its burning you.

I bought the largest size available.I live in a seaside town, plus I have a child so I always have a picnic mat in my car. My usual mat is very large, made out of some sort of plastic and it’s quite large when folded. I love it, but the largeness when folded is a bit of a pain so I was intrigued by this mat as it’s large, and compact when folded.So this mat is just a thin piece of polyester, it comes with 4 loops in the corners so you can peg the mat down, I wasn’t hopeful about this but was pleasantly surprised. However I have not put this to the test as it’s not been windy. But the pegs dig into the Sand quite nicely, and because the material is so thin and light, the pegs are necessary. Especially with kids that run all over them etc.I like the fact the bag is attached to the mat,Just one less thing to blow away or find at the end of the day. The mat is also very large. For my family of 3 very nicely.I’m not 100% sure I like the lightness/thinness of it... it’s not very comfy, and the sand does not “fall through” the mat like in other reviews I’ve read. As you can see in my picture, the sand is all over it 😂. Anyway, my previous mat; whilst bulbous, was comfy to sit on. And this just isn’t. If you lose the pegs the mat will just scrunch up throughout your day out and will need straightening often! But if you’re also bringing large towels to sunbathe on then this would solve the comfy problem, but I don’t sunbathe.I did test out the water resistance of it, as we dug a hole in the sand, covered the hole with the towel and put in buckets of water in the space to make our daughter a mini paddling pool. The water definitely seeps through but very slowly, it would stay full for about 20-30 mins before you feel the need to top it up.Because of the material, when the sand goes on it, it becomes very noticeable against your skin. And the sand became irritating, on a blanket or towel, it’s much less noticeable because the sand goes in between all the fibres etc. But on this tent-like material it sits directly on top and it’s a bit gritty.Folding it back up after it’s wet, annoying. But also, Because it’s so large and isn’t breathable material, when you fold it loads of air gets trapped inside and you end up with a sleeping-bag-back-in-it’s-bag type situation. I didn’t really appreciate this.Also, as soon as you lift this off the ground, it will blow in the wind like a kite, So sand will flick into all the eyes of the people nearby. Be warned.I’m not sure if I like it or hate it. My review is obv leaning towards hate 😂 but I do like the compactness for travel sake, and also to not take up too much room in my boot on a daily basis. I do also like it’s machine washable, this is necessary with the amount of sand you take home on it though!I don’t think I’d recommend it as a beach must-have but it does have it uses to certain people.

I bought this for my toddler who makes a mess of the sands on the beach. This helped greatly, it has pegs to fix at the corners so that it does not blow away, lightweight, easy to carry. Recommended.

Super Decke füür den Strand. Mit der Decke bleibt man weitgehenst sandfrei. Sie hat ein realtiv kleines Packmass, so dass sie in jede Strandtasche passt. Klare Kaufempfehlung.

El hecho de que tenga 4 picas para sujetar las esquinas es muy útil si lo utilizas en la playa, es bastante grande pero se recoge fácilmente en una bolsa pequeña y no pesa mucho. Es mucho más practica que las esterillas de tela convencionales.Recomendable!

Acquistata da avere al mare e finito per utilizzarla ovunque! Abbiamo preso la più grande perché con un nano di 2 anni non si può star tranquilli. Al mare è utile con la sabbia .. praticamente alzavamo un angolo e la sabbia andava via. In cortile sull’erba siamo stati costretti a mettere una coperta pesante perché i ganci nn entravano a causa della ghiaia.In montagna a fare pic-nic ci è stata utilissima perché l’erba sottostante era leggermente bagnata.Per chi non è pretenzioso è una cosa davvero bella.Noi per evitare di sentire sotto i sassi abbiamo preso una copertina di pile e le teniamo entrambe sempre in macchina in caso di partenza improvvisa.L’ho lavata senza problemi in lavatrice a freddo e si è compattata benissimo asciugata in pochissimo e ripiegata con facilità.

Justo lo que necesitaba. Una toalla grande para 2 personas y no estar pendiente cada poco tiempo de quitar la arena de encima.Es impermeable y se limpia muy bien. Me gusta que traiga su bolsa para poder guardarla y no ocupa espacio.

Cumple con su función, buscábamos algo que no quede pegada la arena y sea fácil de lavar. Además no calienta nada con el sol y es suficientemente grande
