These aren't just vanilla beans; they're the key to unlocking a world of rich, exotic flavors. Rated with glowing five stars, these beans are a revelation for homemade vanilla extract enthusiasts, especially when paired with 190-proof grain alcohol. Each bean in this collection is a testament to quality and aroma. Ranging from 4 to 6 inches, these Grade B beans are the unsung heroes of flavor extraction. While they may not have the aesthetic perfection of Grade A beans, in the realm of extract making, they're royalty. Their robust, oily skins hide a bounty of seeds, ready to infuse your alcohol with the luxurious essence of Tahitian vanilla. The magic happens when these beans meet high-proof grain alcohol. It's like a culinary alchemy, transforming a simple spirit into a rich, complex vanilla extract that surpasses anything store-bought. This homemade elixir is a game-changer for bakers and cooking aficionados, adding a depth of flavor to cakes, cookies, and a plethora of desserts that are nothing short of divine. But it's not just about the end product. The process of making vanilla extract with these beans is a journey in itself. It's a slow, rewarding venture into the art of infusion, a testament to the beauty of patience in cooking. Watching the alcohol gradually take on the rich, amber hue of vanilla is to witness a slow dance of flavors, a visual and aromatic delight. And let's not forget the value. Twenty-five beans provide ample opportunity for multiple batches of extract, making this a cost-effective investment for anyone serious about their vanilla. TL;DR: Vanilla Products USA's 25 Tahitian Extract Grade B Vanilla Beans are a dream come true for homemade extract makers, especially when used with 190-proof grain alcohol. These beans offer a rich, exotic flavor that transforms your baking and cooking, providing an unmatched, cost-effective culinary experience. Smells & tastes wonderful!!!
Zero regrets purchase!!! The recipe I have for homemade vanilla extract says to use grade B beans, but not to chop/grind them. The beans are tiiiiiiny, and when I tried scraping them out I was dropping alot of them. Truth be told, I am not a very patient person with small items, so I slit the pod lengthwise, scraped what I could directly into the bottle I was transferring them to, then cut the remaining pods into 2" pieces and dropped them into the same bottle. The recipe says to shake daily for a month, but the vanilla smell the day I started it was already wonderful! I still have not made it to a month, but I have already used it in recipes (baked and non-baked) and the difference is quite notable, in a positive way. An elderly family member that lives to bake has asked for a bottle, too, because of the freshness and quality of taste! I used the beans in a 10oz bottle of bottom shelf V to make the extract, which put my cost around $39 for the whole bottle. I initially thought that a little expensive, but that works out to around $3.90/oz, which is competitive to major brands in our area. I think I could have split the beans between two 10oz bottles and still had a quality extract, but I am quite pleased with the results and price per oz of the 10oz bottle.

Amazing flavor
I love these beans! I’ve ordered a couple times. Every time I open my bottle of vanilla I order a new pack of beans to start another batch. These are the most flavorful vanilla beans I’ve gotten so far. I’ve ordered a few other types but I always have a sent of vodka a taste of vodka with the other beans. With these beans I open my bottle of vodka after 6ish weeks and it is pure vanilla smell. The flavor is pure vanilla and almost sweet. Absolutely love these and will continue to buy in the future
