Great product
My veterinarian recommended this specific product for my dogs severe arthritis. Seems to be working for my pit-terrior mix with severe arthritis, she has been showing noticeable improvement, limping alot less. She doesn't care for the taste or texture, and i don't blame her. Smells like fish/turtle food, and the pill is very hard. I sometimes wet the pill so it will be softer for her to chew, or crush the pills & add to her food. That being said, i do highly recommend this product. This is the best value i could find anywhere. This product has the highest dosage amount per pill, and the most pills per bottle for the best price i can find anywhere. With my dogs severe arthritis she needs to take at least 4 of these daily, which is about 2400 mlgSo this is the only affordable product that lasts over 2 months for my dogs needs

My wife and I both truly believe this improved quality of life and extended life for our beloved 270lb English mastiff. Noticeably improved his quality of life. This is a great product. Life changing even.

Great stuff --why has it been discontinued?!!!
Of all the canine arthritis supplements out there, this is one of the best and I prefer it to all the other versions that that the company continues to make. The dogs (and cat...) think it tastes great and continue to jump higher and run faster even as they grow very old! This large size higher potency container of the classic formula has been the best value . I hope it comes back on the market....

Greatly improved mobility for my 14 year old lab.
I've been using this for my dog for about six months now, and when I was buying it from my veterinarian I was paying more than twice the price that I found here. This product has made a significant difference in my dog's mobility. She's an 82 pound 14 year old lab. Not fat, just big. She had gotten so bad she could no longer negotiate stairs or jump up into the car without assistance. Since I am a 70 year old woman with mobility issues of my own it was becoming increasingly difficult for me to help her in and out of the car and up and down stairs. There is an initial break-in period where you need to use a double dosage for about 6 weeks. After that you move to a lower dosage (calculated by weight - shown on the bottle) for maintenance. I was really starting to worry that I might have to say goodbye to my sweet pal, but after a few months she began to improve. Gradually she became more and more spry and began attempting stairs and can now get in and out of the car with only minimal help. It's made a HUGE difference in the quality of her life. I would highly recommend this to anyone with an aging dog with hip and back issues. Sure worked well for us. And in addition, I am very pleased with the quality of the product. I put one whole pill into her kibble night and morning and add a couple tablespoons of wet dog food for added palitibility and she just snarfs it all down. So glad I found this medication. Thanks to my vet for recommending it.Update: Woke one morning to find Angie staggering, vomiting and drooling copiously. Managed to get her in the van and to the vet where I thought I'd hear the worst - that she'd need to be put down. Found out she had Vestibular Disease (Old Dog Syndrome). Doc said to wait it out, which we did. We had weeks of accidents in the house, almost constant nursing, daily attempts to get her to eat. She went from being independent to becoming completely dependent on me for everything. She refused to take her meds. At the time, because she wasn't walking, the emphasis was on finding something she would eat. Her pills went by the wayside. After over two months of this she slowly began to recover, but her hips were quite obviously paining her. I began crushing her pills and putting them in soft food and that seemed to do the trick. After she was back on this medication her improvement was really noteworthy. This stuff is amazing. Would recommend it to anyone with an older dog with mobility issues.Glyco-Flex 600 Mg, 120-Chew TabsGlyco-Flex 600 Mg, 120-Chew Tabs

My dog is doing better.
My 9 year old large breed dog was having some difficulty with his back legs. You could notice a difference in the way he walked and he didn't seem to do well on any slick surface such as ceramic tile. His legs would tend to splay like he didn't have quite enough strength or traction to keep him standing. When he would go to make a turn you could see that he wasn't able to do it quickly like he use to. This seemed to come on pretty sudden so we weren't sure if this was due to an injury or if it was arthritis or hip displaysia. He didn't seem to have pain. With some hesitation with anethesia so X-rays could be taken, my vet first wanted us to try the Glyco-Flex for a couple of months. He's been on it now for almost 5 months and we have definitely seen some improvement. He will run and play with our younger dog and we don't see him being quite as afraid to walk on tile as he use to even though we have put runners down. Before the Glyco-Flex, I didn't know if he would make it out to the mailbox when I walked him, but now I'm able to take him for a decent walk. He's not what I would call "cured" but Glyco Flex, along with sensible care, has definitely made a difference and he is obviously doing much better. This doesn't seem to be a pill that will work over night, but given some time we have seen good results. I would always consult with your veterinarian first though in case it is something serious.

It works!!!
My 12 year old Sheltie had started limping and now was at the point where she didn't want to go out for walks. I started her on Glyco-Flex II and within 3-4 days she was back walking again, albeit at a slower pace . After being on Glyco Flex for 2 weeks she was not only walking at a normal pace but would also break into run when I stepped up the pace! Definitely try this out if your pet is having difficulty getting around.
