I had some issues with the IP cameras and we did a video call to try to fix it. When that didn't work they sent out a replacement system. I didn't setup the mobile app, so I can't attest to that functionality. However, the video is sharp compared to my previous system. It's a plug and play system and everything is included to set it up, ie hex key for adjusting the camera, screws, anchors, adhesive paper to drill pilot holes, 60' long ethernet cable, mouse and mouse pad. I think compared to other more expensive systems, it delivers in value. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars A low cost POE system *by D***D on Reviewed in the United States on July 23, 2021* Not the easiest to use interface and the motion detection is touchy ( it marks every little movement or nothing), but this is a good POE system for the money.I would knock off 1.5 stars due to the user interface. ### ⭐ 1.0 out of 5 stars Warranty/Follow-up dismal *by M***H on Reviewed in the United States on September 11, 2020* I have to update my review(s). I love the cameras. I love the system. If, for some reason, you have to engage Safevant for warranty related issues, good luck. For 3 months we have been going back and forth on the replacement of the DVR (the heart of the system). I was told to order another one and they would issue a gift card - then immediately was told that they were shipping a replacement. I never received the gift card, nor the replacement. They were good about communication (though they communicate with a 12 hour shift due to them being in Asia) initially, and now nothing.
