You have to make sure to position the equipment properly so that you are holding the equipment in place to do the exercises. I am 5’2, weight 185lbs. I definitely feel that the Max core Pro makes exercising easier. I felt I had a full body work out in just those 8 minutes. I’m giving this a 4 star because although I received my order very quickly, I was missing the fitness monitor. I ordered a replacement and that one was also missing the fitness monitor. I contacted customer service and received a discount.
