ImpraRoyal Elixir Tea, 100-Count Tea Bags (Pack of 6)

Don't Be Fooled! At first glance it seemed to me as the same tea as you buy in the big leaf tin cans (Which is really good) except in individual bags and I was wrong to make that assumption. It tastes like a cheap tea that you could buy at any grocery store. What happened to Royal Elixir Tea!

This tea is described as in the images posted on Amazon as "black tea, no additives." In fact it is flavored with "earl grey" and lemon. The taste is ok for a flavored tea but the added flavoring makes it hard to judge the taste of the black tea itself.

Usually, I buy teabags for work, because it's simply convenient. Most of the time it even don't taste like tea. But Royal Elecsir is an exception to the rule! It smells great, it's delicious and has that Devine signature aroma!

I love this tea that my son turned me on to a couple of weeks ago. He had been raving about it, but I had never tasted it, so when he bought the Amazon case of 6 boxes (100 tea bags/box), he brought me a box of 100 bags. Now I know what he's been raving about, it's so yummy! I like that it's NOT a floral or fruity tea. That seems to be so popular, but I'm wanting "TEA"... not a fruity-punch flavor when I drink my hot tea.BTW - I usually am an EARL GREY fan (Ahmad loose or Twinnings bags), or "plain" tea, it's Lipton's Tea for me, and Sleepy Time herbal on occasion, but this ROYAL ELIXIR TEA has a lovely aroma and flavor. So IMPRA Royal Elixir is what I've been drinking for the last 2 wks at home & work (sorry Earl Grey, as least for the time being). My cupboards are full of herbal teas from minty or fruity, caffeinated and de-caf.Well, today I'm going to order my own case of 6 boxes of Royal Elixir Tea for work & home.
