I am having menopause sweats so bad that I am losing my mind. Out of desperation I purchased this, only to read it’ll take about 28 days to feel any relief. I went from Estroven energy to Estroven complete a couple months ago and this stuff beats the other by miles and miles. This stuff is amazing!! Total game changer!! I love the new 60 day supply BUT I HATE the new packaging!! 😢 It was so nice and extremely helpful to have the days of the week on the pills so I knew if I took my pill for the day. Why did you change it????!!!!

Been stuck in the peripause routine for a few years. I started HRT (hormone replacement therapy) mostly because I wasn't sleeping well along with other "minor" symptoms. Unfortunately, due to an uterine polyp that the Drs can't sample (despite trying 4 times!), they will no longer prescribe HRTs. And sure enough, stopping HRTs, I immediately developed horrible menopause symptoms (hot flashes all day long, irritability, along with the sleeplessness, etc.).After deciding I know longer could deal, I started looking into all the other herbal alternatives. This seemed like a good candidate, and I'm happy to report it works! Note it did take almost a month for everything to become "normal" for me.Infact, it works so well, that I thought I could cut back on the daily dosage (started everyother day) but within a week, I was back to having all the symptoms. So started back up to daily dosage (which is what is recommended) and with in a few weeks back to having very little symptoms.So while definitely more expensive than other herbal alternatives, and certainly more expensive than my prescription HRTs, it is worth it to relieve most of the peri/menopause symptoms for me. Just about starting my 3rd box.One downside, is that I notice it has effected my tastebuds. Food doesn't taste quite the same (or as good), plus a lingering taste in my mouth. However it is still better than having hot flashes all day and night.

I gave this 3 stars because maybe it's just something with me, but I gained 5 pounds within 4 days ( beginning 6 days after I started taking them) with no dietary or exercise changes at all. I stopped taking them, and 2 days later I lost all 5 of those pounds, again with no dietary or exercise changes. I'm very disappointed because that's $30 down the drain, and I have over 50 of them left. I'll keep the side effects of low estrogen, thank you! I wish these had a money-back guarantee attached, but I don't see one, so I have to eat the cost. I don't normally take advantage of money-back guarantees, but with this product I totally would have! :(

I am on my 3rd month of this product. My biggest menopause symptoms are sleep and hot flashes. My hot flashes are greatly reduced. I don't see a big improvement with sleep.

I was having some female issues I am a mother of eight children so things in the feminine area was not ok but since I’ve been taking these supplements I have seen a improvement in my symptoms

I used to take Estroven Maximum Strength and it actually worked for hot flashes (I guess I will return to it). I wanted to try this one because I thought the rhubarb would be healthier in the long term than the black cohosh in the other product. However, after taking this Estroven Complete for 1 month, I still have several hot flashes during the day and night. Very disappointed and will not buy again. I wish Estroven had a money back guarantee, but I don't think it does.
