Best Grinder hands down! Way better than the 20V
I just picked up the *DEWALT FLEXVOLT 60V MAX Angle Grinder (DCG418B), and I’m honestly blown away by how awesome it is. If you need a grinder that gets the job done, this is it. This thing has some serious power. The 60V battery delivers a ton of punch, and it chews through metal and concrete like it’s nothing. I’ve used it for a few heavy-duty jobs, and it hasn’t skipped a beat. The handle is comfy, and it’s not super heavy, even though it packs a lot of power. I’ve used it for long stretches without getting too tired or uncomfortable, which is always a win.

Love it!
Best tool I've purchased. Great comfort while holding. Easy to use and easy to remove the grinding wheel locks.

Powerful and comfortable to use.
Great tool! I had a demolition project of removing a bunch of old 1.5" black steel boiler piping in a crawlspace that I was not looking forward to. I was originally going to use a reciprocating saw but after rattling my teeth out on a couple of cuts, I needed to try something else. This grinder worked perfectly for the purpose and was alot easier on my body than using the reciprocating saw. I ended up discharging nearly two 6ah flexvolt battery completely making about 30 cuts. Make sure you have a spare battery charged if you are doing a big job, I was glad I did. However, given the depth of each cut, the battery life really isn't that bad. Especially considering the light weight of the tool and not having to drag an extension cord around with you. It was absolutely perfect for the cramped crawlspace work. Honestly, pretty good ergonomics on the tool, the weight feels balanced. Its super easy to spin the guard around for left vs right hand use. I tried to be careful with my cuts and avoid pinching the cutoff wheel, and mostly succeeded. The built in anti-kickback brake worked perfectly for the couple of times that the cut pipes ended up pinching the wheel. I was very impressed that I didn't end up breaking any cutoff wheels during the job. I don't think you would go wrong buying this tool.

Awesome!
Real deal. Delivered in the original packaging, brand new, all accessories. This item was $279.99 at Home Depot tool only. I paid $155. Could not be more happy with this purchase. I highly recommend.

Very good grinder, but uses batteries very quickly.
Very powerful, but be prepaid with a few batteries, maybe 20 minutes of use with a 6 amp hour battery. Still worth the power.

Fried during 2nd use!! Update 4/3/20
I bought this tool on April 29th, 2019 and will admit, this thing is a beast! And it has tons of power and torque and will cut through just about anything. However, during my 2nd use it FRIED!!! All I was doing was cutting 50" x50" openings through 18ga corrugated steel siding like a hot knife through butter. I put the tool down to move my lift to a new location, picked the tool back up and when I pressed the lever, Sparks and smoke flew out of the mesh area, that was it, tool was fried! I'm not sure what caused this to happen, but I was out a $160 grinder after two uses. Not sure how or if I can get a replacement..Update - 4/3/2020: I took my last grinder to local DeWalt store in san diego (which I just found out today is permanently closed) and told the clerk what happened to the grinder. He spoke with another person and just boxed it up and requested another one be shipped to my house free of charge! I thought that was cool! Apparently there was an issue with some of them, guess I got a bad one. So, I've now had and have hardly used the new one for just shy of a year and it too just fried! Same issue, sparks and smoke... hoping to swap this one out too, but need to find another dewalt center first.
