Chillout Portable USB Fan - 4 1/2 Quiet Personal Fan

Did not meet my needs but seemed to work fine and was quiet. The round size took up too much room on my nightstand, where the Chillout Tower model worked great for me. Also did not like that it could not adjust direction up or down and if I remember correctly, only one speed. The Chillout Tower has slow and high and quiet at both speeds. We purchased the first tower a year or so ago for the computer desk and now after returning the round fan, purchased a second one for the nightstand. Should have gone with it in the first place.

Nice fan and good size for the desk. I only wish that I can move the direction of the fan without having to move the entire fan.

What a novel idea. Great seller. item as described. Great for use at my office desk, on the sofa while surfing the web, etc. The USB makes this little item very portable. It's very lightweight and small. Item arrived safely and on time. great seller.

Keep in mind that running an electric motor via USB from a laptop battery is nuts, only thing worse is a cup warmer!However, I am trying this on a Chromebook and it does work, is quiet and looks cool. But using the computer on AC power is suggested, at least by me.Keep in mind that a lot of 5V USB "wall worts" will work just fine with this fan as well, along with solar chargers, battery packs, etc.Nice idea, well executed.

This is a great little fan. Perfect size for desk. It blows enough to cool me down (they keep my office miserably hot for no reason) but it's not so strong that it blows papers around. I love it. FYI, I got it at Wal-Mart for 6.99 but if you like having stuff delivered for free then I suppose it's worth more than double the price on Amazon because it's a nice product.
