Q: How does this unit work on Truck tires requireing 85psi?

very good takes a little while if the tire is flat and still on the truck but if you can raise the truck up a little it will fill up the tire faster.

Q: what is the cfm on this machine?

I don't know if they give a cfm per pressure break down but I'd time mine on 37x12.50s on the fourth tire and it was 2 minutes flat to go from 12psi to 32psi.
