mold,

Have ordered this product for months. Extremely disappointed to open a container to find mold around the cap and thought this isn't good, I continued to poor it out because of mold and clumps of crusted goo came out.. I am canceling my order and seeking refund and wont buy again.

They leak

They leak. Something about the plastic piece attached to the cardboard “bottle,” they tend to leak around that. Especially after a person tries to twist the cap off as that twisting affect seems to pull it apart from the cardboard.In fact, one leaked all over the others in shipping, this time (see photo). I checked all the others as they were wet, but they appear leak-free at this point.I still give it 5 stars, though, as I love the product (I simply pour it into another water bottle, so it’s not dripping all over my chin/shirt when I drink)
