I need something to push resin epoxy around to level it on my floor. Will this work?

If I remember correctly, no. It’s one mechanism; the blade is part of the metal cross bar.

Would this dry sweep wood floors ?

Not sure why you'd want to sweep a wood floor with a squeegee. I'd use a broom or dry mop for that. If you get dirt, sand, or grit between the rubber blade and floor, you're likely to scratch the floor.
