Germination was fast

Cereal rye is used as a cover crop for winter garden. Sprouted quickly and is growing well.Good product.

Excellent germination rate and the plants came up fast with minimal watering. Very healthy and excellent coverage.

Nicely packaged in a cheese clothe bag with pull strings. Looks like over 90% of seeds are sprouting.

I broadcast seeded this in an untilled, unfertilized grassy plot with clover last fall to see what would happen, and surprisingly I'll get back about what was seeded when I harvest in a few weeks, unlike the barley and wheat from other tests.

Planted it late summer 2016 for a cover crop winter. It's pretty hearty already and growing rapidly. Exactly what you want from a rye cover. I'm going to have a lot of organic matter this spring.Btw I'm in northern Utah I watered it every day until it reached 4" and now it's on its own for water and thriving.

Arrived quickly. Soaked a sample quantity of seed and planted a test pot. It sprouted in 3 to 4 days and initially grew a few inches per day. Will be planting this seed as a cover crop to improve soil structure, increase organic matter and disrupt the weed growth cycle.

I like went a long way. Sprouted, grew, and enriched the soil and later became 'green compost' for the garden!
