This switch fit and worked just as the factory one did in my 70 lbs Minn Kota Riptide.

5 minutes later my trolling motor was back in action! Great item to save the day when your trolling motor stops working because of a bad switch. I plan to order another to keep on hand just in case!

Works like a charm - easy install!
Somehow the fuses didn't blow when the battery got wet and blew out our Minn Kota switch. We replaced it with this one and it's rolling again! Super easy install, just take a picture of the old one before you remove it so that you can see right where it went. Then after you take it out, take a picture of the wiring configuration (even though the poles are labeled, its just better that way) The only reason for just 4 stars is price - I think thats a wee bit expensive for just a switch now, don't ya think? Recommended!

Exact replacement
It fit prefect and fixed my problem. My motor would run in reverse fine but i had loaned it out and they burnt the forward contacts out with a loose battery connection. The switch fixed it.

Quick Fix for Minkota Endura 30lb Trolling Motor
My Minkota Endura 30 trolling motor decided to quit responding to the forward action but still would go into reverse. Purchased from WalMart a couple of years ago for around $100. My kids said "Throw it away! We'll buy a new one!" No way. Went online and researched the issue, discovered it was the speed control and found this one on Amazon. The replacement was easy - remove 6 screws, disconnect the wires and replace with the new unit. Less than $25 later, good as new. Highly recommend you opt for this fix before considering a replacement for $$$.
