Don't resort to HRT unless you've tried this first, Rehmannia 6 changed my life.
Rehmannia 6 Formula has been used in Chinese medicine to treat symptoms of menopause for many, many years. The scientific research proves that this formula actually brings your hormones back in line naturally without having to use HRT and without ANY of the risks. I used to suffer from 10-15 body-drenching hot flashes every day and my quality of life was crap. I initially got relief using Rhubarb root, but later found that Rehmannia 6 was a much better choice. Now, taking 5 of these pills, 3 times a day, I get little warm flashes sometimes and my mood and libido have improved tremendously. I'm sickened that we give women the highly risky HRT here in America when there is a readily available natural alternative. I can't believe that so many women don't know about something so completely life changing. Here is a quote from one scientific study: "The use of Rehmannia Six Formula not only relieves the symptoms and ailments of the patients, but also brings back the normal balance of their female sex hormones, i.e., an increase of serum estrogen level with a lowering of the high FSH (follicular stimulating hormone) and LH (luteinizing hormone)." I would give this 5 stars if they made a bigger pill that you take less off at each dose. These pills are so tiny I can barely pick them up.

Misinformation from reviewer re "no English directions "
It is important to note that a customer review stated that they purchased but would not be taking the Chinese Herbal because there were "no directions in English". Sad enough for the customer but to post misinformation is just wrong. It is not true. The directions and the contents of each round tablet are listed on the back under SERVING SIZE just like every over the counter supplement available for purchase in the USA. Love this product. The benefits are profound.
