They taste great. My biggest complaint is they look a little too dry and shriveled. At first I thought they were going to be tough but they actually cook up fine.. However it takes a lot longer to sort out the questionable beans. It might take me ten minutes or less to sort out nine cups of beans from another brand. With these beans, sorting out nine cups takes considerably longer.Again they taste fine but I find myself thinking I will keep these in reserve until the "easy to sort" beans are all used up.
