Review: Very good Laptop. - This laptop arrived on May 7/2020. It arrived a day earlier than expected in good condition and without any damage. The battery takes 100% charge in 1 hour and 55 minutes. After charging the battery lasted 5 hours between videos on YouTube and browsing the web .. The screen resolution looks very good. Image quality very good. It takes 8 seconds to turn on. The screen is not touch. The keyboard is not illuminated. The fan is silent when used with the battery When it is connected to the power the fan is heard a little but its sound is not annoying. It is very light. Its measurements are 14 1/8 inch x 9 1/2 inch. Today I have 10 days with this Laptop and so far I am very happy with it.good investment.when I have more time with this laptop I will come back and make another review.
Review: Nope. Look somewhere else. Don't buy! - Horrible! Had this computer for three months and it had a critical hardware failure. Lost all my files. HP tech support tried to blame it on the operating system after numerous diagnostic tests and hours of on the phone support with them. Once we took it to an authorized HP shop to retrieve my files from the hard drive the HP specialist told us that he couldn't retrieve any files because the reason the computer stopped working was it had a critical hard drive failure. Literally had this computer for only 3 months - bought it brand new! Definitely don't recommend purchasing unless you want to take a gamble.

However, some people confuse Windows and Office, which are two completely different things. Many laptops will come with a trial or up to one year trial of Office, after which they'll encourage you to subscribe. Not subscribing does not keep you from using the laptop, only Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)

Horrible! Had this computer for three months and it had a critical hardware failure. Lost all my files. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Powerful computer for the price

I bought this laptop to be solely used as a WFH machine and so far it has not disappointed. Price was a major consideration in my purchase and at $575 I believe you get a lot of value for the buck. This machine is a work horse and the performance is very fast and stable. The keyboard and trackpad are surprisingly decent to use (keyboard not backlit). If speakers are a consideration in your purchase the speakers on this laptop are actually pretty good and the volume is quite loud without getting tinny. I've read some complaints on the noise of the fan but honestly I think the noise is very low and it runs constantly while I'm working and it hasn't bothered me at all. I usually have the laptop plugged in during work so I don't know how long the battery lasts during heavy use. However, the battery seems to drain 10-15% every night while in sleep mode which seems excessive. The only knock I have against the laptop is the display color is not as vibrant as I would like. It's a bit washed out. It's perfectly fine for use with all of my work apps but would be annoying if I was doing a lot of video streaming. Overall, this is a great machine and checks all the boxes I needed for a reliable laptop for work.
