Sandisk 2GB Secure Digital Card

Great item would buy again from seller.

I purchased this 2GB Sandisk SD secure memory card to use in my new HP50G calculator, I had spent a bit time looking round locally, but could not find a 2GB card for sale as most retailers stock a 4GB as their smallest SD memory card. The problem with looking around for an anomaly item like this is the fact that you can spend a lot of time and money on expenses looking for something that is just as easily bought on line like this. The problem is with our town at this present moment in time just like a lot of towns at the moment with the recession there are a lot less shops around that used to offer items like this and even in better times most of these shops sold brands that you never have heard of and therefore you had no idea of the quality that you are buying. As a rule I will only buy Sandisk as I have used the brand for many years and I can honestly say that I have never had a failure or problem with it, the only time I did have a failure with memory was when I needed a memory stick urgently and bought some make from a tech shop, but within a couple of days the stick would not read and on testing it I found it was totally corrupted and had to be replaced. From that day on I have used Sandisk exclusively and have had no problems since. This is a good quality 2GB SD memory card and well worth the money and at a reasonable price, it was delivered in a couple of days is fully guaranteed for the first year and does what it says on the box, what more can one ask for, highly recommended reliable memory.

When I need to buy memory cards I have no problem deciding what brand as SanDisk has always been so reliable. Super easy to operate and 2gb storage limit was just what I needed. Not much else to say. Would not hesitate to recommend this to someone looking for a a memory card or memory card brand.

I bought this for use with a dedicated digital camera (NOT a mobile phone, a real camera, a Kodak), and found it very effective. It has much more storeage than the camera's internal storeage device, and is very easy to unplug from the camera and plug into my laptop to transfer the photos. Reasonably fast card, only takes a moment to record a picture and be ready to take the next one. Quick when transferring photos to my laptop, too. 2GB gives a lot of storeage space for pictures, I can keep some favourite photos on the card, and still have lots of space for taking new ones.

This is a workhorse of a card from San Disk that is reliable and available at a reasonable price. Boasting a 2 GB capacity, the card is reported at being able to store in the region of five hundred pictures which have been taken on a 12 MP camera. It has Class 4 speed performance rating (based on SD 2.00 Specification), and the cards include security feature for protection of copyrighted data. The cards are fully compatible with SD compliant host devices. SanDisk ‘guarantee’ is the fact that their products are constructed to the highest possible standards and rigorously tested and in addition, the performance of the card is backed by a 5-year limited warranty. I own several of these cards from the San Disk stable now and of various storage capacities (2 GB, 8 GB and 32 GB). I prefer to download pictures onto my computer from my camera by means of a card reader, this means a lot of moving around of the cards from device to device, they go through a lot of wear and yet to date, I have never had a card failure. I have no hesitation in recommending their purchase.

Damaged at one end

Ah, it's a great memory card, really dependable. that's why i didn't hesitate to order another one. that was 5 weeks ago. still haven't got it. i've never posted a review before, never felt the urge. amazon provide a great service for items sent direct, but i personally have had big problems with a few sellers over the last few weeks. if a delivery makes it, great; if not, good luck getting any help. the main offender is trisar electronics, so i urge you, if this memory card is being supplied by them, seek it elsewhere. i ordered the memory card 5 weeks ago from tristar. After 2 weeks I contacted them, as it still hadn't arrived, heard nothing, then 1 week later got an email to say the seller was on holiday. Last weekend I got an email telling me I would be getting a refund, but no offer to re-send the item. This gesture was pointless; I could have arranged a refund myself and saved myself the hassle of waiting. the money's irrelevant; i'm not happy as a customer and my requests have been ignored. no one should have to wait 5 weeks for a tiny item. I've asked them to post item and had no reply, despite emailing twice this week. i'm sure people reading this will say, whatever, tristar were fine when i used them, but a company should be judged on how they deal with problems rather than their day-to-day transactions, and they have failed miserably here. moan over, just ordered from elsewhere. hopefully they'll value their customers.

La tarjeta está muy bien. No es la de la imagen pero es equivalente y de la misma marca. El vendedor es gentil y ha contestado rapido a todas mis dudas. Muy satisfecho.
