Review: Tasty, but concerned about unanswered questions - This is my favorite variety. I've been using 4th & Heart Himalayan Pink Salt Grass Fed Ghee for several years and I love the lovely nutty aroma. In the past, it has always remained fresh without needing refrigeration, but the last 2 shipments from desertcart the jars that I have gotten had a dark "pinkish" ring around the bottom of the ghee (the jar has not been opened yet). This did not happen with the plastic container, but has been the case with the past 2 shipments in the glass jars. This also is not the case when I purchase jars in the store. I am concerned and sent an inquiry to the company on their website over 2 weeks ago and have not gotten a reply since.
Review: This is such a good product and leaves a nice flavor in what you're cooking. - I love this product and in fact just used it to cook lunch. I made hamburgers and it browns up the meat perfectly. I use it to cook/fry up chicken too. I use it to coat my baking pans too. Forget that nasty canola oil and discover a better and healthier choice.
