Thank you** A: Don't know the exact weight but it's a heavy duty hoe, not for light jobs. It's perfect for digging up dry hard soil etc **Q: is this one from China??** A: Not sure but is a good size and very sturdy & resistant. Happy with my purchase. **Q: Can I buy hoe handle itself , for replacement, thanks** A: Hi, there is no reason why you can't do that. The handle and metal hoe comes as shape rate items. The hoe slides on to the handle from the 'top' part of the wooden handle. The wooden pole tapers slightly towards the bottom, securing the hoe. Hope it helps. **Q: How do you make the head stuck on the handle?** A: The handle is tapered therefore when the hole on hoe is secured - few hits with a hammer - It will naturally stay in place. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good Buy loved it *by S***F on 10 July 2026* We bought this spray mop for our kitchen, and my wife has been really happy with it. Thankyou Amazon ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good digging hoe *by H***7 on 10 June 2025* Don't know why it's so hard to find a proper digging hoe in the UK, there were none in any of the garden centres or hardware stores I visited, and so decided to give this one a go. The handle is nice and long, and the head is well made with a nice edge for slicing through buried roots. The hoe is well-balanced, sturdy but not too heavy. It has enough weight for the purpose, I would not like to have a tool of this dimension that is too light and makes me put more back in than necessary. The tool's weight in itself helps to dig, especially with larger areas of dryer/heavier soil. The tool arrived assembled, but I took the handle out to oil it in properly before use - this way it lasts longer and is more convenient to work with. Work in a generous amount of linseed oil in the wood and the work it gently, but thoroughly over with medium-to-fine sand paper. Do this 3-4 times and leave the wood overnight before re-assembling and use. The wood fibres swell with the oil and the sanding seals the surface and leaves it silky smooth after the oil has penetrated properly. Well, if you're less OCD about your tools, you can just use it as it is. The diameter of the handle's bottom end is larger, so no risk of the blade falling out. This was my concern, but now that I've used it I'm happy with the design and the quality. Only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because the head should be heavier, which would give each swing more force. ## Frequently Bought Together - Srendi® Full Size Digging Hoe with Wooden Handle - 120cm GARDEN. - Srendi® Heavy Duty Mattock 5lb Head and 36” Solid Wooden Handle --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.sk/products/200673964-srendi-full-size-digging-hoe-with-wooden-handle-120cm-garden](https://www.desertcart.sk/products/200673964-srendi-full-size-digging-hoe-with-wooden-handle-120cm-garden) --- *Product available on Desertcart Slovakia* *Store origin: SK* *Last updated: 2026-10-03*
