Good taste, very convenient packaging. I rarely do reviews but this deserves one. I have been sick for over a week. On the second day of my illness I started using one packet a day of LMNT. Yesterday after 8 days of this and I wasn’t getting better I went to the ER. The nurse said I was probably dehydrated and that was exacerbating my other issues. When the blood work came back my electrolytes were fine. Because I had used LMNT every day and sipped it slowly I was able to replace what I needed. I would refrigerate tap water in 20 oz bottles and split one packet between them both. Throughout the day I would take sips of the water, my goal being to have both bottles drained by 2:00. This stuff works!

I really like everything about this product. Most importantly I find it effective. It helps with problems I wasn’t even expecting it to — if I take it at the onset of a headache, it stops the headache. If I take it after the headache has been going on for a while it significantly reduces it or stops it entirely. It curbs my POTS symptoms by eliminating my dizziness upon standing, my dehydration, and helps greatly with my heat intolerance. Heat intolerance is a major symptom for me, so these don’t eliminate it entirely, which seems fair. I don’t mind the taste at all. I mix them with as little water as possible (maybe 6 ounces?) to dissolve the powder then just chug it. It dissolves very easily and all the flavors are good. I recommend this brand and product to everyone, not just those with POTS or other conditions that need electrolytes.

Update: the seller reached out and made this right.Just got these, the watermelon tasted good, but within 30 minutes my ears were ringing intensely. My tonsils swelled up over the next few hours pretty badly and this morning I have a monster headache. Food items aren’t eligible for a return which I understand and think is reasonable, but I’m out $24 bucks just to try one so it’s 2 stars for me. Maybe this will work for you, I don’t know, but it didn’t for me.
