EXCELLENT, DISREGARD PREVIOUS REVIEW

Great GREEN concept but flawed because if you want a lungo (long black) then you'll need a second capsule full and that will entail removing a freaking hot metal cup and refilling.Also would be nice if a spare filter screen were supplied, or if you could buy them in 6 pks as I almost lost my screen on a bang box.And the plastic 'o' ring seal at the lid wears loose after only a few coffees.

Unfortunately, after using it a few weeks, now we can’t get open at all. It was always difficult to open but now it won’t open at all. It’s completely useless. Very disappointed, was really hoping to make less waste by using a refillable coffee pod and now, a month later, it’s too late to return it. Don’t buy this one.

I have six of these and only 3 work. The others are unusable. No matter how I fill them some of them just don't work; water works out of the top causing it to malfunction. 2 of the 3 that don't work appear to be different height ( I used a vernier caliper) I really wished they worked as the pods from illy are quite expensive. I've tried reaching "CapsuleONE" but no response.

this was good for the coffee machine

The product is simple and straight to the point. Great craftmensship on the metal capsule, but my only complaint would be the plastic stomper that is used to press the coffee. It's made out of plastic and feels cheap. That being said... it gets the job done!
