Creative Roots Paint Your Own Fox

Being married to a woman that loves foxes AND artsy stuff, this was a no-brainer. She quickly got started on it and fell in love with the bright colors that were included. One slight problem was they didn't include enough of the reddish orangish brown color that covers 90% of the fox. It came with as few random colors as well that would never be used on a fox. Too bad they didn't eliminate that and add an extra reddish orangish brown. She had plenty of extra paints handy and found one that was a pretty close match, so it ended up being no problem. The fox is very detailed and looks incredible when finished. It seems to be well put together and had no chips or breakage. Nice little project for kids or adults that enjoy this kind of activity.

The turtle is perfect for a small-medium project. Good and fun for a small child all the way to a teenager. Comes with a variety of colors. The shell has a lot detail so it can vary on difficulty or creativity freedom.

Very cute and fun! Not as small as some of the other reviewers stated. I thought it was a great size to paint. Really enjoyed this easy, inexpensive activity.

This was a big hit. The plaster pieces absorb paint very quickly, almost like a sponge, so it goes fast. Plan on having extra paint on hand because the included amount isn’t quite enough.

Awesome little craft to do with my toddler, gave it as a gift to a family member I just wish there were more options than a turtle and a protective layer to put on after painting is finished.

Great quality! We used acrylic markers and it looks great. Easy to get out of the package.

These rocks were a big hit with my daughter. She usually isn’t a fan of crafts, but she really enjoyed this project. Painting was easy and not messy, which kept her entertained for a while. She loves giving them baths afterward. Just a heads-up, don’t call them pebbles! She got a little mad and said, “They’re not pebbles they’re smooth!”
