Are these shelf stable or do they need refridgeration while unopened?

Carnation Breakfast Essentials® Ready-To-Drink bottles can be stored chilled or at room temperature until you are ready to use them. If planning to chill them in the refrigerator, we recommend to shake the product when at room temperature and then chill. When you are ready, just shake it again before drinking. We also recommend to avoid prolonged storage at excessive temperatures over 86°F. If you drink from the bottle it should be consumed within the hour for the freshest taste, greatest nutrient delivery and general food safety. If poured into a glass, please cover and refrigerate any left in the bottle and use within 24 hours after opening. My Kids love these

Perfect for picky eaters

My 12 year old is autistic and has extremely strong food aversions. I’m talking ONLY nuggets from Burger King, hates mac and cheese, likes pizza but only if the sauce ratio is correct etc. we needed a healthy way for him to get calories and protein. He LOVES milk so luckily he grew in love with these ! Only problem is getting him to not drink the entire pack in one day 😅

My go to Breakfast

Great taste. It doesn’t taste chochy (?). I wish they had dark chocolate unless they do and I just haven’t researched but this drink is delicious.
