Drinking it at night is best for me, makes for an interesting morning but at least it frees the days up to actually leave the house.I do believe in this product but you need to plan your days when first using it. Also, large bottle of bleach and toilet brush are essential items for cleaning up the aftermath.Update:In 6 weeks I lost just over a stone. The only other thing I did was to buy an airfryer and cut out biscuits/chocolate. As I don't eat much fried food or sweet treats anyway I am putting the weight loss down to the tea. So the results are great but whether a laxative effect tea is a healthy way to loose weight is a whole other debate. Happy for the kickstart though and I feel fabulous, it is spurring me on.

Ok I've been on this tea since Sunday 22nd January and I thought no this is not going to work I've been getting out of breath walking I thought it was down to lasting covid so given inhaler so it seems because I was carrying excess weight on my stomach was the reason why my stomach as actually gone down and I'm not out of breath this really works but first couple of days keep loo close.I only have one a day and seems to work very well..please drink plenty of fluids to make up for going to the loo.It also makes you feel better I have more energy Highly recommended.

There are many similar products in the market with varying prices. This appears to be good value, however too early to say its effectiveness. If we reorder, that will be an indication!

Ive been drinking this for 8 months now and i love it ive gone from 159.6kg in july 21 to 129.8kg in march 22 gone from a dress size 32 to now 24. Ive still got a long way to go but im very happy with this i drink it in the morning and in the evening yes it makes you go to the loo a few times and can give you cramps but i find as ling as i watch what i eat and i drink plenty of water im not to bad. I would recomend this to anyone. I also find when i drink it i dont feel like snacking all the time i am very happy with this and will continue to buy even when ive reached my weight goal.

The taste isn't as bad, other reviewers seem disparaging about the taste. I didn't hate it. I add lemon with the teabag sometimes.While drinking this, prepare to visit the toilet at random times.
