EAGOTB353 Dual Flush Eco-Friendly Ceramic Toilet, 1-Piece

Looks great but only actually works half the time. The rest you have to flush multiple times each time waiting for tank to refill before it full clears the bowl.

We bought this toilet so we could properly use our bidet toilet seat. The current toilet was a french curve and the only bidet seat that would fit was very expensive, so we went searching for a replacement toilet instead. We searched and searched, but had a very difficult time trying to find a toilet that was short enough to go under the counter and one that had a deep enough space from the bowl to the tank for the bidet to sit on. So when we saw that the measurements of this might fit, we crossed our fingers and pulled the trigger. And then it got lost on a train derailment. I went on live chat with amazon and within minutes they were sending me a new one with the quickest shipping at no extra cost. The toilet came in very tightly wrapped (I tried buying one at Home Depot and it came in broken and we had to eat the shipping costs) and it fit perfectly with all of our requirements. It was easy to install and has a nice flush system for number one or two. The toilet bowl is also very deep for a toilet, which I think is for the lighter water flush system. The only minor downside is having to hold the flush for a couple of seconds, but it becomes second nature very quickly. All in all-great toilet that is a smaller and more efficient replacement for a french curve.

Nice one-piece toilet. No problems with the professional installation. Looks modern, but not ultra-modern. I like the small water tank, seems to fit well in a relatively tight space.I subtracted a start because the toilet lid and seat are made out of very cheap plastic. In my mind that definitely needs to be upgraded. Otherwise no complaints.

If I knew it was a Chinese make I would not have purchased it. This being said I will purchase another one for the other bathroom, it is that good!The installation system is clever, using a plastic base on which the toilet just drops. To install the back brackets I placed them with double face tape, removed the toilet then secured them to the floor rather than using the confusing measurement. I also purchased a better and larger wax seal than the one provided just to be sure. Toilet looks great but most importantly it is super efficient. We use the half flush (0.8 Gal) for number 2 and so far not a single clog in a month of use.Make sure the plastic nut of the filling mechanism is tight enough, it was not out of the box and leaked once I hooked it up. The only thing I'm not a fan of is the seat, it could be more comfortable.Update, I have two and both leak. The first one lasted 2 months before needing replacing the $90 proprietary flushing system, the second one 4 years in needs replacement. This is a do not buy item.

order came with missing parts then I called manufacture; they had no problem to send out missing parts.

This toilet looks pretty... but that's all the value you will get from it. I had 4 of them installed. Just after one year in use, 2 of the toilet seats lost one of the plastic plugs from under them (pictures). I went back to the store (didn't get them at Amazon) to see if I could purchase just the plugs but no luck - was told I'd have to buy the entire seat at $60+. Unconvinced the manufacturer could be this narrow minded, especially when we're talking about a $500+ toilet - I contacted the Eago via email, sent them the proof of purchase and pictures of both toilets explaining the situation. No love. To top it off, just recently one of the fill valves started making this *really annoying* noise and I had to replace it. Be advised, there is no way to replace a fill valve without yanking the entire thing from the floor, including redoing the wax ring, because the thing is one piece. I can tell you these are the first and last EAGO toilets I will EVER purchase!

very good quality, powerful flushing

Everyone should know that if the washer for the valve wears out, and it will as all washers do and mine did after 5 years, you have to buy the whole valve ($48) as the manufacturer and distributors will not sell the washer only.... Disgusting! They expect you to pay over $50 with shipping instead of $2 for a new washer. The toilet is a great size, worked fine, but if they cannot provide the most simple replacement washer, which is VERY easy to replace by the way, then I would not ever buy this again. EAGO should never sell a toilet that does not provide replacement parts... so do not buy this until the manufacturer changes its stupid, rip-off policy...
