Very oily
I wish I would’ve read the reviews prior to buying these macadamia nuts. When I poured the macadamia nuts out, there was copious amount of oil that was also pouring with the nuts. I could not serve them to my company because they were so greasy! I’ve never seen anything like this! I put them on paper towel later after the party and had to clean them up. It took more than 10 paper towels to clean out the 2 pound bag. The flavor is good but the amount of sunflower seed oil poured on them is very unusual.

The raw macadamia nuts are better
I have been buying the 5lb bags of raw unsalted macadamia nuts, and I have been very satisfied. I roast them myself so I can keep the temperature low. However, there are long periods of time when these are not available. So I bought these roasted salted ones to try. I could tell that they were roasted at too high of a temperature, which spoils the nutritional benefits of most nuts. Also the use of unhealthy processed sunflower oil is a disappointment. Not only is processed seed oil very bad for health, the oiliness and flavor it adds is not good. I would hope that Sincerely Nuts can do a better job of keeping the raw nuts in stock, because I will not be buying these roasted ones again.Edit to add, after reaching the bottom of the bag, the nuts are way too oily, this should never pass quality control.

Will not buy again
These arrived as mostly whole macadamia nuts, with maybe a quarter of them having split into halves. They are well-coated in oil, with salt that can be felt when you pick them up. We have consumed probably around 5 cups (1.5 lb) of these.PROThese are a great price for bulk mac nuts, and make nut-butter-making-in-a-blender super easy. I made mac nut butter in our vitamix with these and didn't have to add any oil or salt - just loaded them in as-is! If it weren't for all that oil in them, they'd make a wonderful butter substitute!CONThey have a much milder, more neutral flavor than expected, and, while they do taste like nuts, they don't quite have the full mac nut flavor for which I longed. I have to admit, I was disappointed in their taste. I would have to agree with other posters, these are probably already old when they arrive. Even searching out the ones that were darker roasted (have brown, not-quite-burnt areas on them), I could not find a nut that tasted like anything better than bland and vaguely-nutty.The amount of oil in which they are coated is, in my opinion, excessive. That mac nut butter I made with these in our vitamix? Even after resting in the fridge for almost 2 weeks, none of the oil separated out - it stayed thin and runny the enter time. Just a guess, this may be related to the age of the nuts and the solids becoming less dense, so they don't separate from the oils nearly as well. Seriously, nuts should not be coated in enough oil to account for 1/4 cup of oil per 3 cups of nuts.Assuming that 1/12 (1/4 cup per 3 cups) is a correct ratio of oil to nuts, doing a rough calculation, the cottonseed oil in this accounts for approximately 13% of the weight; so, assume this 5 lb bag contains only 4.33 lb of actual mac nuts, then go price compare.Edit: We've now also tried this same brand's (and seller's) raw and unsalted version, and found them to be really great. Greasy
These taste pretty good, but they are extremely greasy, oily. Not good snack items, as they require wiping hands at every handful.

Way too oily
They are almost floating in oils so I thought they were spoiled or bad but then I read more reviews that said they just come in way too much oil. Iky

Tasty but oily
The coated these nuts in sunflower oil. They taste good but they are very oily. I don't think of macadamia nuts as dry. I'm not sure why all the oil.

Greasy small discolored rejects
I opened this package right away due to the feel of the bag. At first I thought maybe it had been smashed in transit but then I realized these very small macadamia nuts were greasy I have never seen the smaller macadamia nut and I have never seen such greasy it’s like there was oil poured into the bag. Not bad to taste so I poured them onto a cookie sheet dried them off as best I could with paper towel and try to low heat dry them in my oven I did for about 20 minutes two times before I decided not to do it anymore. I threw the bag away and put them in a gallon bag with another piece of paper towel. I sat down today at lunch and tried to have a little bowl full these are the worst macadamia nuts I’ve ever had I’m so sad. I wish I would’ve just shut the bag taped it up and sent it back but too late so I’m warning everybody don’t get these awful nuts!
