Odoland Portable LED Camping Lantern with Ceiling Fan - Hurricane Emergency

So far I’m impressed through one camping weekend. I appreciate the fact the light isn’t blinding inside the tent but still plenty bright enough. Warm white would have been nicer for color temp but so be it. I just used the fan on low and that was plenty for our 4 person tent (just me and a son in it) ran the fan for 1.5 nights and several hours of the light and the batteries didn’t die. It does take D batteries so if more than a weekend you may want to bring spares. For the price and only an occasional camper I love it. If you camp a lot you may want a more durable piece but I didn’t have any issues with this.

I bought this for our first camping trip and it was very useful. It was placed in the middle of the tent, hanging down and the buddy heater below it. We didn’t need to use the fan to distribute the heat, but instead used the lights in the evening. Boy was it bright on the low setting. The medium lit the entire 10 person tent like a regular room light. After camping, I tried using it as a desktop fan while I work and it came in handy. There are three fan setting and I was perfectly fine with it on the low setting. I angled it so I could feel the breeze but not get too cold if it’s blowing directly in my face. I started to use it on Wednesday afternoon. It was perfect and I didn’t need to turn the big fan or AC on. Perfect solution. Continued to use it on Thursday and Friday. But forgot that it was on all weekend long. I didn’t even hear the fan running. That’s how quiet it was. Come Sunday evening, I sit at my desk to check emails and to my surprise this fan was still chugging along. It wasn’t breezy on low, it you could see that it’s spinning and get minimal feel of the wind. This lasted on brand new batteries all weekend long! I only deduct a star because of the switch. They’re too close to each other and instead of a slide switch it could be something else. Other than that, love this fan. The handle are good and don’t feel weird either. You can hang this or prop it up. Another great feature is that the led lights can go one way and the fan another. I kept the box so that it stay in great condition.

This fan was perfect for my camping trip. It was a great light when needed and circulation of air.

We used to have a Coleman tent fan that worked great for over 15 years before the motor gave out. I bought 2 of these to replace that to use in our tent & to use in our truck for the rare occasion when we have to leave one of the dogs in there for a short period of time. Unfortunately, they are not very sturdy & one of the fans broke before we could ever use it. The other fan worked, but really didn't do much to move the air & cool the tent or the truck. It just wasn't very powerful. We couldn't feel the air unless we put our hands about 2 inches in front of it. The LED light was bright & seemed to work well, but that was not the main reason for our purchase.

I got it for my emergency kit. We recently lost power and I used it to get some air moving. It's pretty powerful for how small it is. I like that there is several ways to change it. The solar power charging works great. I also used a USB cable to charge it. I like that it takes only 2 size D batteries also. I would definitely buy it again.

These have so many uses - during/after hurricane power loss, working in an enclosed area, camping, -- anywhere that light, airflow, or both are helpful. They've been helpful for several contractors that have come to the house. If they haven't seen these, they're actually in awe & have said their company needs to buy them for all employees. Truthfully -- I will ALWAYS own one or more of these forever.

The plastic hook broke off but I tied it up with a piece of paracord. Lit and circulated the air in our tent on a two day trip on a single set of batteries. Made things much more comfortable than without.

Definitely good for the price! Fan more powerful than I expected, which is good! Will use it properly in 4 weeks at a festival but I think this will definitely help with that heavy heat inside the tent on a sunny morning and throughout the day. Even tempted to put it to use at home as it seems powerful enough. It takes 2 D batteries. I got Duracell so we'll see how quickly it runs through those. Will update review, if necessary, after testing it out properly.

This fan works great, bought it for a road trip where I was doing some car camping.. it kept the temp just right and the light is nice and bright. Batteries last a decent amount of time.
