Does this fan create any noise? My kids sleep with a fan and that's what I'm looking for. Something that will make some white noise!

It has a light hum. Not the type of white noise most fans put out.

how is the breez is it on low?

The breeze on low was ok. I'm a person who always runs warm so I had it on high the whole time. When it was on low, I could still feel a slight breeze.

Are the fan and light two seperate switches? In other words, can you have the fan on overnight without the light being on?

They are two separate switches. Mine only runs one thing at a time, either the light or the fan. Both won't run together.
