I have read many reviews; people keep writing on that these are too small. We show some patience because you are not supposed to use it right away when it arrives. You have to place it in boiling water, where it grows, and you bite down on it. It will conform to your teeth and gums, and then you can put them in iced water for a few seconds. My previous teeth protection grinders never lasted more than a month. I stumbled upon this item, and after giving it a shot, it has not disappointed me. This item is firm yet comfortable. It will last longer for sure. Pay substantial attention to the instructions to get a good comfortable fit.

So far so good, it serves the purpose with a fraction of the price I would have to pay to my dentist. Buy this kind of mouthguard first and see if it's for you before you end up paying for a lot more for pretty much the same thing. Just my opinion anyway

I followed the directions carefully and it worked out all right. My mouth is small so I trimmed the ends first and almost all the edges before I started. I did bite down way too hard when molding it, so it's pretty thin on top of my molars. Glad they give you 4 so you can learn. Be sure and do the wet paper towel thing and stand it on it's end while it cools for a second or two. I had a dentist-made mouth guard for almost 10 years that cost 50 times as much, but eventually my teeth must have spread a bit as it became painful to wear. It was useful for a guide as to how small to cut this one, though. Will see how long this one lasts!

I have used these even in 2020 and had a gum infection where I needed a lot of antibiotics. But I didn’t suspect these guards. Recently I decided to wear them again for bed and sometimes in day because of my TMJ, and today my gum starts to get infected again in the same manner suddenly. These guards are the only common factor. I know they say these materials are safe but I suspect they may be dangerous for our mouth/gum. I’m frustrated because I have to treat my jaw and can’t afford to deal with an infection now on guns. Doing my best to stop or reverse it.

I have been searching for a comfortable mouthguard for a while. It isn't easy to make yourself get used to anything in the mouth for a long time. So, I need something lightweight, soft, and comfortable to wear during Karate practices. I tried two other brands before trying the EIRSTY Mouthguard. I have to say it is the perfect fit for me. The others seemed too long, and I would have to trim a lot off the back and be left with harsh edges that would rub my gums. This Mouthguard required 0 trimmings and fitted like a glove.
