They come in small, medium and large sizes and are color coded to help you tell the difference. The bands came with a free gift that you'll see in my 5th picture (the blue resistance band with handles). That was a nice surprise! I have used that many times already as well.I do wish that the bands were labeled with Small, Medium and Large so that I knew right away what size they were right away when picking them up. The bands also have a strange smell to them, but that is a minor thing for me. The bands are thick and strong enough to create a good amount of resistance when doing exercises.
