Alpine Queen Murphy Cabinet Bed, Heritage Brown

Love that my husband and I were able to put together ourselves. We will be having out-of-state visitors and this will work out great. We put it in our den and besides looking great, it will be very useful.

This allowed us to convert our guest room into a workout room but still have a place for guests to sleep. We have only hosted guests twice but both have said that it sleeps well. We do place a foam topper on it. Folding out into a bed and folding back up is really easy. It was very easy to assemble. I probably would have struggled a little with some of the screws with the included allen wrench, but I used my own and it was a cinch. This thing is really solid and heavy. It comes in a vey large box and many of the pieces are preassembled. The delivery person had to leave it in my garage, and I carried it into my house piece by piece. Would recommend if you are trying to free up space in a spare bed room.

It's a beautiful piece of furniture and a great value for the price. You couldn't buy a regular queen sized bed for the amount this versatile bed costs!

When we initially unpacked the bed, we discovered one of the nylon wheels was crushed and broken in half. The vendor responded and sent a replacement nylon wheel and bracket. Once that was received, we could finally begin to assemble the bed. My wife & I assembled the bed in 1 1/2 at most. It may have been even less as we did not pay attention to the time. The construction of the bed is solid and it is simple to fold the bed into the cabinet. Highly recommend and give the vendor high regard for their response.

The only issue with the bed was one of the legs needed have a screw redrilled (screw hole was stripped out). The mattress was just fine, it did take couple of days to decompress. We took the cover off the mattress and then placed it back on after a couple of days. Delivery was not what it was suppose to be. Was told the delivery person would call and set a date and time. Did not happen, just luckily the driver called and said he was at my house but no one was there. I was 10 mins away and he did wait (side note he was at the wrong house) and it was good I came home because it was going to rain that afternoon and the package would have been in my driveway getting wet.

Great value, great piece of furniture

Furniture wise it’s great but the mattress does not inflate after being removed from air tight bag and tried to contact seller but never got no one about the situation.I would not recommend this company to an enemy of mine cause there service sucks

1- The furniture quality is good2- The delivery hired a single man to manage the item (which needed two able bodied men to bring in the box so it was left on our front sidewalk.3- We had to unbox on the sidewalk and bring the pieces in separately.4- The mattress should be 90% expanded by now. Only one of the three sections expanded. Two sections are flat!
