This is a great appetite suppressant without getting jitters. I use one or two bags in a mason jar of hot water with a little honey and sip it all day. I have more energy and less appetite. Great product! I have not tracked weight loss since using it but have dropped about 5 lbs in the last month using this with healthy eating habits. I notice a big difference when I don't use it! More tired and hungry. I like this flavor best.
