I use this ankle strap along with a pull buoy to help with body rotation and core engagement during freestyle. The strap is strong and good quality and comfortable. My only complaint is that it is a little big for my ankles, so I have to pull it up a bit above my ankles to prevent it from coming off. Other than that, it's great!
