Is this supposed to be super runny? It was totally separated when I got it and I shook it up and now it's just like the consistency of water

I've ordered it several times and it's always. Been slightly less gelatinous than mayo, ie, a nice consistency that clings thickly on food. You got an outlier or a new recipe/batch?

Is this sweet? I've seen it contains high fructose corn syrup. Tartar sauce is not supposed to be sweet.

Does not taste sweet to me. Disappointed to learn about the corn syrup though.

What is the current Expiration date?

The seafood tartar sauce is all gone! But I did buy 2 other flavors also by Inglehoffer-Applewood Smoked 🥓 Bacon, with the expiration date of January 19, 2022. The other being Creamy Dill with lemon 🍋 and capers with the expiration date of February 9, 2022
