The Untethered Soul Guided Journal: Writing Practices to Journey Beyond Yourself

I wanted to write a journal without all the boring day to day details and needed a little push as to what to write. This book draws you in, it's beautifully illustrated with prompts to discover your inner self. In fact myself and 2 friends (all in different countries) have bought the same journal and have regular video chats as to our interpretation of the written words inside and how we feel this is significant in our lives. However, it is easy to pick up and jot down a few thoughts as and when I feel like it and as it's not dated, so there's no need to write in it every day if you don't want to.

Have loved reading this. It has really helped with my understanding of its accompanying book.

Brilliant

I was really surprised at how good the quality of this journal is given the price. I am currently reading my copy of the “Untethered Soul” for the second time but this journal is great for just quickly dipping into without having to re read the whole book. Almost too nice to write in so will probably use a separate journal to record stuff . Well worth the money .

Absolutely fantastic. The best journal prompts I've probably every seen. Authentic, relevant, effective. No idea what the person saw who said the printing is too dark. No problem with darkness of pages. The prompts greatly enhance and deepen the ideas and experience of the book. Can't recommend it highly enough.
