I felt I was too young and fly to wear medical alert jewelry until I found these gems. They are ageless, cute, fashionable and life saving. I wear them with everything.

Charm fell off. Had a similar bracelet from Target did the same thing. I was able to find them and put them back on, made the link tighter.Just check the links on the charms that they secure

Its really lovely but the engraving of the allergy is not very noticable so unless someone sees the Caduceus and knows its an allergy, it may not be noiced. I may have to get it re engraved. Within a couple of weeks all the attachments fell off, so its pointless now as it was for allergies...Now its just a silver bracelet

I wish the manufacturers would use rings that the charms cannot fall off; tighten the rings. Great idea if it was just made better. I don’t feel like I need to prove that the charms fell off because I paid money in good faith. So I will tighten the two remaining charms myself and I’m out one charm!

This is an item that can save a life. The problem is that the charms get caught in your clothes, ruining a good sweater and worse the little rings that hold the charms open up and you lose the lifesaving charms!

This is the 2nd bracelet I have bought. The charms came off the first one within a month of purchase. This time I have tightened the loops with pliers and will keep a better eye on them. I do love that it is a pretty alternative for a medical alert bracelet

Rhinestone fell out after a couple weeks of wear but for the price I can't expect much more I suppose. Otherwise does what it needs to do!
