The Daimon Barber Fixing Pomade

Just as the label says this stuff smells amazing! The smell out of the jar does smell different in your hair I've noticed but that's not a bad thing. Also I can't even describe the smell it's labeled on their site but I couldn't picture it. It just smells like a very light cologne with musky overtones and a light sweet smell. My description doesn't do it justice. My girlfriend also loves the scent. As for the hold it has about the same consistency as other water based pomade I've used mainly suavecito. This stuff holds Very well and while it claims to not use harsh chemicals my hair is alittle dry and frizzy after I wash this stuff out, not as bad as suavecito but it's still dry. I normally use a small amount of jojoba oil in my hair after using it. I would use a lot more with suavecito and I would even have to take breaks from using it, it would get so bad. I've been using this stuff for about 3 weeks straight everyday for work and even on my off days. This stuff will hold my hair All day. Ive even fallen asleep with it in my hair and the next day my hair is still look's done. I have an undercut with only 4 inches of length on top but I'm certain this stuff would hold a pomp high. I will definitely buy this pomade again and I am looking forward to trying their others.

Just a little dab is necessary to properly style hair. It’s not greasy and it is easily washed out with shampoo.

Didn’t work for my hair type which is about 7 inches but I believe the product description states it works best for shorter styles. The fact that it’s water soluble just enticed me so I thought i’d take a chance.

its really easy to use and hold thick hair

Nice thick consistancy. Hard to spread in hair but holds well. To me it has a pine scent influence with black pepper. Very nice. I use to hold the sides down and use Teddy Boy in the green jar to add softer control for the top. I add Daimon Barber last when I combine the two. This product will get softer in hot weather and still hold well.

Wearing 4 inch long thick straight hair slicked back with an undercut, modeled after Brad Pitt in Fury. This stuff provides a pretty decent hold. Smell is decent compared to other pomades, would describe it as a sweet but mature scent. I'd recommend blow drying into shape to achieve the hair style with this pomade, as it's not glue. If you dont want to blow dry, try going to bed in a bandana with damp hair and hair pulled back, let it set in place over night. Wake up, apply, comb, and done. Keep your comb with you as you may need to comb it every hour if you're a perfectionist and thisnis the only product you used. Washes out easily with water x 2 showers, or shampoo x 1. Doesn't leave a heavy residue after water only showers. Overall pretty excellent pomade.

This pomade is amazing! In my opinion, it is by far the best strong holding pomade I've used so far after using Suavecito, On Point by Matty Mullins, and Reuzel blue. This pomade applies with ease in completely dry or damp/towel dried hair and the smell is amazing. It is like a musky sandalwood smell. Very earthy and bright,and does last most of the day. The hold is amazing after it dries, but it can take a few minutes to dry if your hair is too wet. This is one of the best pomades on the market in my opinion and definitely will be buying it again, and although it is pricey, it is well worth the money. In this case, you do get what you pay for!
