Guild Wars 2: Heart of Thorns - PC Guild Wars 2

I've played a few MMORPGs over the years and have found Guild Wars to be somewhat entertaining but lacking in dynamics. There are some decent storylines throughout the game, but the game itself doesn't offer much. You can solo almost everywhere and win with little challenge; the crafting skills don't take long to master and provide little benefit; the trading system is tedious to use; items (especially in HOT) are too high in quantity and too little in value; and NPCs all sell mostly the same things (so why are there so dang many of them?) There's just something missing for me.

The expansion to Guild Wars 2 was well worth the money spent on it. I think that while it may be a bit pricey the content added certainly made up for the purchase. This game is my number one pick for top MMO's out now.

Bought this as a gift for my husband. Exactly what he wanted! Works great and arrived on right on time.

This "expansion" is cash and grab scam by Arena net who puts their pockets first than their customers. Not only that: they removed a lot of contents from the original base game and locked them/gated to forced their players to purchase HOT. In other words: the only way to unlock them is to buy the "expansion". They believe they can hide behind their scheme and avoiding The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB).The "expansion" is unfinished, broken beyond means, increasing bugs that were already present in the base game, and consists of exploits, hacks which they support.Recently they held a ESL tournament in which players used exploits to get to the top. That enraged a lot of other players so much that the most recent ESL that was held caused a team to rage quit.Until this day, Anet refuses to make comment and to respond the the vast outburst of their players outcry. Then even had the Odacity to delete and infract posts and threads in which players made in regard to the incidents. and continues to ignore the issue.So there. Here is a company who rewards and shelters exploits, cheats and unfair practices and punishes fairness, honesty and punishes their players for seeking any communications regarding their concerns.My advice to those who haven't purchased this and deciding to: Run as fast as you can away with having anything to do with this corrupt company game.

Was not sent the correct product. There was no code for the HOT expansion included with the disc.

I don't know how you are selling this title now considering the servers were shut down and the project closed by NCSoft.
